At Ontime Hauliers, we offer exceptional clearing and forwarding services on behalf of our clients, including importers and exporters of goods or cargo. We manage the entire physical movement of your cargo from the source to the destination (LOGISTICS) and handle all the legal requirements (CUSTOMS) involved in importing or exporting goods between countries. Our team consists of both licensed clearing agents and experts in freight forwarding.

All our agents are authorized to submit declarations to Customs on behalf of importers and exporters. When we handle your project, we take full responsibility for meeting all obligations imposed on you as an importer or exporter. Some of the tasks we perform on your behalf include:

• Facilitating the Customs and Excise process for declaring goods entering and leaving the country.
• Paying customs duties on behalf of the importer/exporter.
• Using the correct harmonized tariff codes to describe goods accurately.
• Completing documentation using the correct customs forms.
• Understanding and applying the formulas and calculations used to determine the correct customs values.

Our freight forwarding services encompass everything related to the transportation, consolidation, storage, handling, packing, or distribution of goods. Additionally, we procure insurance for the goods, declare the goods for official purposes, and collect all necessary documents related to the goods.
